Return Policy

We at Prime Hair Collection strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your selection, our exchange and return policy is as follows:

Conditions for return:

Return must be within 7 calendar days ( for US Continental orders) or within 14 calendar days (for International or US military installation orders) from the original invoice date. ALL returned items Must be in ORIGINAL packaging unused, unaltered, and unworn, i.e.packaging intact, hair unprocessed, weft and hair length uncut etc. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact and attached to the product. Proof of purchase such as the original invoice or order confirmation is required for ALL returns. Inform Prime Hair customer service of any order discrepancy within 5 days of the original invoice so that we may investigate and resolve any issues accordingly.
